Easter 2006

Here are some pictures from Easter 2006. It was a great time. The service was held at Araha Beach, just 10 minutes from our house. The weather was great, and again God held back the rain and answered our prayers. After the service there was a picnic and Baptisms for those that recieved Christ and wanted to be baptized. It was so encouraging to see all the families that showed up. There were about 150 children in the children's ministry. We got to take the kids up on stage and sing and sign a few songs. Mostly, we played games with them and read them stories about what the Death and Resurection on the Cross means for all Christians and why we celebrate it. Some friends of ours were baptized togethor as husband and wife. God is so good at mending families and binding them back togethor in His Love. It was a great time to see other children accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and then be Baptized by their parents. All the baptisms were there at the beach. The kids had fun playing and gettin wet, while Nicole and I just hung out with our friends, playing with the kids, and singing praise and worship songs during the Baptisms. Praise God!!!
