IE Jima Island trip Day 1

Here are some pictures of our first day at IeJima island. We took a 3 day trip to the island that is only 30 minutes by ferry, at the northern part of Okinawa. We drove that morning to Motobu port, and caught a ferry. The Lord helped us get there just in time to board. Praise God. After arriving to the hotel, we checked in and unpacked and took the kids for a swim. Nicole and the baby stayed in the cottage since it was too hot. Afterwards, we came back to the cottage for a snack and got ready for dinner. We had Japanese BBQ, it was good and there was so much food. So we let the kids play at the playground and put their feet in the pool. Then we went for a walk on the beach and found a huge starfish and lots of hermit crabs. It was a great day!! The resort was really nice and the kids had a blast. Again the Lord blessed us with awesome weather, a cool breeze, great food, and time togethor as a family with baby Eliannah.
