This last Christmas was such a wonderful and Blessed time. It was a short visit and we tried to visit as many people as we could. We were able to see lots of friends and family. Some of them we had not seen in years. We were able to see the Ishmaels, a wonderful family in El Paso that are there for a short time before they return to Guam. They have been an encouragement to us and always have wisdom in the Lord to share. While in Albuquerque we saw the Velardes, Orpillas, and the Snells. They are all doing well and it was nice to spend time with them. The kids had a great time with cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and great grandparents. Nobody wanted to leave, and it was hard to say goodbye again. The kids had a blast with their cousins and played all day every day. We had one sad thing happen before we left. Our dog Bibble died the day before our return. He was still a puppy and didn't understand the danger of the dogs next door, so when he crawled through the fence, he was killed. So, we included his picture in an Elf suit. We all returned a few weeks ago and the weeks have been very busy. We are getting settled here in Wichita, KS and can't wait for the warm weather. We are planning on starting a home Bible study here in the next few weeks and look forward to the Lord's Blessings, growth, and relationships during that time. God Bless you all. Love, Ernest, Nicole, Josiah, Selah, Eliannah.

Hey Herrera Family! You finally updated your blog. I was getting tired of looking at the camels.;-) The pictures look great. When I first saw the picture of Nicole, I thought she was signing karaoke or something, but I looked closer and I did not see a mic. It did remind me of our times at our house singing flesh songs on the karaoke machine! haha. I think I have a picture of her standing on our coffee table singing her heart out! ;-) Those were good times, we miss you guys... please visit us when you are near Vegas!
